UVC GERMICIDAL LAMPS FOR HOME AND BUSINESS

The best way to disinfect the air and surfaces without harmful chemicals

UVC LIGHT CAN REDUCE THE POSSIBILITY OF CONTAGION UP TO 30 %

The use of ultraviolet equipment can significantly reduce the level of microbial contamination of air and surfaces in rooms with an increased risk of spreading pathogens in offices, school and other rooms with a large concentration of people like dining rooms, shops and gymnasiums. The use of ultraviolet equipment in educational institutions in 2005–2010 showed a decrease in the incidence of acute respiratory viral infections (ARVI) among children by more than 30%.

ARE YOU ALREADY USING THE UVC DISINFECTION LAMPS IN YOUR BUSINESS?

Continuous sterilization of air with UV radiation in the presence of people UV-C radiation equipment can be installed in ventilation ducts or installed in rooms in armored equipment with fans that ensure air recirculation. Of this It is possible to treat the air in a room in the presence of personnel, ensuring an atmosphere free of virus and bacteria in suspension even with a low number of renewals or recirculations of room air.

UV-C equipment with air recirculation must be shielded to prevent radiation leakage and be installed at a height that ensures the absence of access to unauthorized persons.

The equipment must be designed for a minimum of 1 complete recirculation of room air. The maximum number of renewals allowed if there is a treatment unit for the air (UTA or UMA) is 5. If there is a recirculation system, it is convenient to install UV-C equipment in the ventilation ducts. The following table shows the SARS-CoV-2 reduction times and percentages for a 40 W / h dose in a 120 m3 room with 1.3 recirculations per hour and without renovations.

WHAT IS THE UVC LAMP AND HOW DOES IT WORK?

All the germicidal lamps are designed to destroy pathogenic bacteria and viruses in the air or un the surfaces. The general principle of their work is based on the influence of ultraviolet rays on the pathogenic microorganisms. UVC systems can also be used in medical institutions, in institutions with a large concentration of visitors and in the residential premises.

UV radiation as virucidal.

UV radiation equipment emits light with a wavelength around the spectrum of ultraviolet light, particularly in the shortest waveband of that spectrum known as UV-C. High-energy UV-C light coming into contact with bacteria and viruses triggers a photochemical reaction and wavelengths of 253.7 nm are absorbed by acids nucleic cells killing and / or damaging bacterial and fungal spores, always in function of the amount of radiation. So UV-C light is used to cause specific damage or to kill microorganisms (such as bacteria, viruses, yeasts, and molds). Although simple structured microorganisms, such as viruses, have a high sensitivity to UV-C light, and can be easily inactivated with a low dose of UV-C, but are required significantly higher energy levels to kill fungi and spores. Therefore, the effectiveness of UV-C to deactivate microorganisms is always directly related to the applied dose.

TYPES OF THE UVC SYSTEMS

AR-SYSTEMS.png

AR-SYSTEMS

These devices have been specially developed for the disinfection of air and environmental surfaces. Appliance surfaces and work surfaces exposed to UV-C light are free of unwanted germs, viruses, yeast, and mold spores. The ambient air in the production and processing areas can be completely sterilized outside working hours and without the presence of personnel.

ULE2000.png

ULE2000

The ULE2000 series ambient air sterilization devices have been specially developed for the disinfection of rooms with the presence of people. It provides an efficient disinfection of the air in many fields of application and is absolutely safe for people thanks to its complete shielding. These devices are used in rooms with difficult conditions and a high degree of contamination.

KB299.png

KB299

The KB299 system is used for disinfection of air currents from channels and air conditioning and ventilation units and for surface disinfection. Unwanted microorganisms like germs, viruses, yeasts and mold spores are effectively inactivated up to 99.99%.

TYPE TR

The TR series was specially developed for the disinfection of air currents in central air conditioning and ventilation units, and also for process water. Germs, viruses, yeasts, and mold spores are often found there, which will inevitably be distributed throughout the production and work rooms and can multiply there. TR systems offer an effective disinfection system that can be placed directly in the ventilation duct or in the water tank.

Effective disinfection of ambient air when there is no air circulation. Laboratories, social rooms, warehouses, refrigeration cells can be kept sterile and also deodorized. The air moves through the disinfection device with the help of an integrated fan that guarantees treatment of the entire volume. From the living room. The distributed dose of UV-C with a length 253.7mm waveform allows reliable removal of microorganisms such as germs, viruses, yeasts and mold spores. At the same time that its multiplication is avoided, the effectiveness rate is 99.9%. The model E1000-ST1 is fully shielded and designed especially for small rooms with low ceilings.

CD-SYSTEM.png

CD-SYSTEM

The CD system was specially designed and developed for sheet / coil sterilization in heat exchangers and fan coils. Typically, a biofilm develops on the sheets after a certain time, negatively influencing heat or cold transfer and contaminating the air with bacteria and mold. This process can also lead to the development of unpleasant odors in your ventilation system. UV-C technology allows sterilization of up to 99.999%. This system effectively kills germs, viruses, yeasts, and mold spores and prevents their multiplication.
